Cabañas Tulum
Tulum is located in the Mayan Riviera, 64 km south of Playa del Carmen and 128 km south of Cancun. Tulum is also strategically located at the entrance of Sian Kaan biosphere, the only way to Punta Allen.
The main attraction of Tulum, apart from the world renowed Maya ruins on the sea (only 5 km from our Cabañas), are the pristine white beaches of the Caribbean Sea.
Cabañas Tulum is located on a large stretch of beautiful beach, surrounded by coconut trees, and the turquoise sea. It’s the perfect place to relax and reunite with nature.

Rates are for 1-2 people, per night, in US Dollars, subject to 12% tax. Includes breakfast and beach club. Children from 0 to 10 stay for free. 10 years and up, $25 usd extra per night.

- Car for max 2 people : one way 120 usd, roundtrip 200 usd
- Van for up to 7 people : one way 160 usd , roundtrip 240 usd
Rooms
We offer eight beach front rooms, with 1 King bed or 2 queen size beds (Cabañas A), and another eight rooms in a second row, all with 2 double beds and private bathroom ( Cabañas B). All of our front row rooms have breathtaking sea views from the small terrace, while our second row rooms are only a few steps from the beach.
To guarantee complete relaxation, we offer our guests hammocks hanging on a large spacious area, and the sight and sounds of the ocean to accompany your lazy afternoons.
For those who seek more activity, we also provide a volleyball court a few steps from the beach.
If you will be arriving with your rental car, we also offer you free private parking space by the entrance.
Facilites
- Our beach club ZIGGY BEACH: open from 7 am to sunset. Offers sunbeds and umbrellas and lounge. Bar and restaurant service available. We provide beach service on the hotel premises at our beach club. Relax and have a drink at the Bar or grab a bite at the restaurant.
- Restaurant: open daily from 7 am to 11 pm, offers breakfast (included in your stay), lunch and dinner. We provide beach service on the hotel premises at our beach club ZIGGY BEACH.
