  1.  All our rooms and apartments have A/C, private hot water bathroom, Cable TV, Mini-fridge, kitchenette (only in apartments), nice terrace y/o balcony.
  2. Continental breakfast for 30 extra pesos per person (fresh orange juice, croissants and gourmet coffee)
  3. Reservations are confirmed via PayPal deposit.
  4. We accept traveler’s checks, USD or MXN at the prevailing rate of exchange as forms of payment for the residual balance upon check-in.
  5. 2 nights minimum stay during low and high season; 5 nights during holidays.
  6. Reservation changes requested <7 days of expected check-in are subjected to payment for the entire length of stay of the proposed confirmed reservation; cancellation of confirmed reservations >7 days prior to expected check-in will be subjected to a 25% fee of the original confirmed reservation.
  7. One night deposit in low season, three nights deposit in high and holiday season.

Rooms

  1. Our Apartments:
    Our apartments feature a king size bed, a living-rrom with a sofa convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, TV, air conditioning or ceiling fan, a small backyard with a hammack, first floor flats have a balcony instead.
  2. Our Suites:
    The suites are equipped with two double king size beds, which gives you a nice place to relax after a long day spent at the beach of in a Mayan Archaeological site.
  3. Our Bedrooms:
    Our bedrooms feature king size beds, in an interconnecting apartment which can be shared by up to four guests.
