TulumBay hotel counts with only 10 rooms divided into five categories.
The rooms are furnished in a simply way, using the local products like wood, straw and concrete, to give them some of the unique style that Tulum counts with.
All rooms includes: Breakfast, private bathroom with shower (with-out cabañas), Fun, hot and cold water, Bathroom amenities , purified drinking water, daily room cleaning, beach towels and save box, 24-hour security.
Courtesy services: Wi-Fi internet access, relax area in the terrace and garden, outdoor bathroom, private beach whit sun loungers on the beach, parking.
The electric current is produced by our wind farm and solar panels, which is why we advise you that is would not be possible to turn on appliances with high power consumption such as the hair dryer.
The WI-FI access is free in the whole hotel zone. We have a limited space in our parking lot and it cannot be reserved.

Room located on the 2nd floor with sea view. It has the typical palapa or straw roof. It has its own terrace from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, private bathroom, King – Size bed with mosquito net. The sliding door counts with a mosquito net. This is the perfect room for an in love couple. Maximum 2 people in the room.
BALCONY SEA VIEW
Room located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor with sea view. It has its’ own balcony where you can relax with an awesome sea view, private bathroom, a King – Size bed with mosquito net, the sliding door counts with a mosquito net so you can leave the sliding door open to enjoy the refreshing sea air and at the same time not being bite by the horrible mosquitos. This is the ideal room for couples that need a little bit more space. This room is approximately 25 square meters and it is for a maximum of 2 people.
PATIO 2 BEDS
Room that counts with two double beds with mosquito net it can be located on the ground floor or 1st floor; it does not have any terrace or balcony. It also includes a private bathroom, windows with mosquito net so you can leave the windows open to enjoy the refreshing sea air and at the same time not being bite by the horrible mosquitos. This is the ideal bedroom for two couples or one couple with two children. It is approximately 18 square meters, this room is on the side of the road, for a maximum of 4 people.
Room that counts with a Queen - size bed with mosquito net it can be located on the ground floor or 1st floor; it has a little patio with garden view. It also includes a private small bathroom, windows with mosquito net so you can leave the windows open to enjoy the refreshing sea air and at the same time not being bite by the horrible mosquitos. This is the ideal bedroom for an intimate couple or friends. It is approximately 14 square meters, this room is on the side of the road, for a maximum of 2 people.
CANAÑAS GARDEN VIEW
This cabañas are made by wood and includes only a Queen – Size bed with the mosquito net. This cabañas are located on the ground floor with garden view, they count also with a small patio but unfortunately they do not count with a private bathroom. They also count with windows with mosquito net so you can leave the windows open to enjoy the refreshing sea air and at the same time not being bite by the horrible mosquitos. It is the ideal cabaña for an
intimate couple or just friendly couple. This cabañas are approximately 14 square meters and are for a maximum of 2 people each.

A paradise for all of those who love water sports, Tulum gifts vacations full of fun and sun. With our coral reef, the second largest coral reef of the entire world, and some awesome cenotes. They say that the cenotes were created by some meteorites; they’re like some naturals and refreshing pools and discover things unique in this world.
About 5 km south from TulumBay starts the Sian Ka’an reserve. It is a marvelous natural reserve which includes a large variety of marine animals and birds of all kind, thanks to its constitution. Along the street for about 50 km you will found in the middle of a real natural show unique in the whole world; on one side you would be able to see the lagoon and on the other side the Caribbean Sea. Once you arrive to Punta Allen, you would be able to take on of the amazing tours they can offer you and be able to snorkel and dive into the lagoon to discover by yourselves the natural beauty. It turned into a national park since 1986 and a heritage of humanity UNESCO since 1987.
We are found in the middle of the Maya’s world, population of big intellectual and culture, but overall a huge astronomic field. We are surrounded by the most beautiful and antiques Maya’s ruins, the nearest one obviously are the Tulum’s ones, at 10 minutes north from TulumBay you’ll find the only archeological site on the sea or rather on a cliff. Tulum’s definition for the Mayan language is “wall on the sea”. You can continue with Cobá (40km) where you will be able to find the tallest pyramid in the whole Yucatan Peninsula. It is a place immersed in the jungle with a fascinating atmosphere. The most important archeological site is Chichen Itzá (150km), a real Mayan city. Here it is located the famous field for the ball game “Juego de la pelota”, the Mayan market, all kind of houses and rooms, Cenotes where they use to do the well-known human sacrifices. The archeological zone of Chichen Itzá was inscribed in the list of the heritage of humanity of the UNESCO on 1989. On July 2007 this archeological zone was recognized as one of the new wonders of the world on the basis of a private survey carried out all around the world with the votes of millions of people.

Xcaret is a fantastic natural park on the cost, full of attractions: you can go snorkeling in the awesome subterranean river, visit the aquarium, swim with dolphins, visit the butterflies in the greenhouse, get to know a Mayan city, go for a walk on the beautiful beach and so on. At night you can enjoy of the famous “Juego de Pelota” or the famous typical dances in the light of the fire and enjoy some regional Mexican music.
Xel-Ha for explore a wonder of nature. Xel-Ha’s water is made out of a mix of salt water from the ocean and soft water from the unground rivers. This combination or mix of water is the perfect habitat for thousands of marine species and birds. You would be able to see and experience it by yourselves by taking a swim or snorkeling or talking a walk along the ways of thins enchanted place.
Aktun Chen is an excellent example of how big the caves of the cenotes are. The variety and quantity of stalagmites and stalactites that you will find is amazing. The park is formed by an area of 400 hectares of forest subtropical and wild life.
A lot of species of turtles are in a serious danger of extinction nowadays, and because of that, they have chosen the tranquility of the Caribbean Sea’s waters to lay their eggs.
We have different places along the Riviera Maya that are declared “Statuaries of Marine Turtles” like Tulum, Xcacel and Xcacelito. It is possible during the time of hatching, that it is usually from September to October, to organize visits to help the little newborn turtles to get into the water, it is give them a name, a kiss, and wish them good luck, which they are really going to need because only 1 out of 1000 is going to survive until being an adult.
